Introduction to Taxation

Course Description

Introduces students to a broad range of tax concepts and types of taxpayers. The course will also emphasize the basic structure of the tax law and the process of performing tax research, as well as build a foundation of the details of tax law that are most likely to be of long-term importance. Students will be exposed to tax research, tax planning, and tax compliance. Prerequisites BUS 1510-1520. Campus and term: J occasionally
