Course Description
Students will develop an understanding of the basic concepts of behavioral sciences and their application to performance of individuals working in organizations. Students will study key attitudes and behavior that affect productivity. Upon course completion, students will demonstrate an understanding of the factors that affect performance such as leadership, motivation, communication, absenteeism, and job satisfaction as well as a basic understanding of how diverse individual styles of interaction contribute to an organization. Prerequisite/Corequisite: ENG 1510 without supports or Corequisite: ENG 1510 with supports. J spring; C spring.
