Course Description
New York State mandates training in the criminal justice system and provides an in-depth academic and practical law enforcement experience. Students are required to learn, understand, and apply the requisite functions of a recruit police officer as stated by the New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services and the Municipal Police Training Council. Eligibility: student must be current Chautauqua County Sheriff's Academy recruit. J occasionally; C occasionally.
