Criminal Law

Course Description

Course includes an analysis of the origin and general principles of criminal law. Incorporates substantive criminal law with emphasis on the elements of each crime and the proof required to prosecute or defend the crime charged. Students are required to apply various judicial decisions to appropriate class discussions. Prerequisite: ENG 1510, CRI 1510. J occasionally; C occasionally.
