Exceptional Children

Course Description

Students will develop knowledge and understanding of exceptional children and youth, the ways they are served in public schools, appropriate attitudes toward human viability, and individual differences. Current legal and instructional issues and methods are discussed. Prerequisite/Corequisite: ENG 1530; Prerequisite: PSY 1510. J occasionally; C occasionally.
