Course Description
Students will explore a unique set of topics in tourism and hospitality. The focus of the course is intended to be different with each offering, but topics might include beverage operations, events, lodging operations, foodservice operations, case studies in legal issues in hospitality and tourism, revenue management and sustainability in tourism. Eligibility: ENG 1510 without supports or Corequisite: ENG 1510 with supports. J fall, spring.
