Course Description
Students will be introduced to the discipline of intelligence and gain understanding of how intelligence systems function, how they fit within the policymaking systems of free societies, and how they are managed and controlled. Students will learn terms and concepts unique to this field and become acquainted with entities within the intelligence community. Students will engage in a historical overview of national security and intelligence policies and strategies from WWII to present. Prerequisite: ENG 1510. J fall; C spring.
