Science Connections

Course Description

Science Connections is an experiential course that is designed for students who are passionate about science, education, and outreach. This course offers the opportunity to design and teach hands-on science lessons to elementary school students. Throughout the course, participants will explore key principles of science and education, develop engaging, age-appropriate lessons, and gain experience leading science activities in local elementary classrooms. Students will work collaboratively to create lessons that foster curiosity, critical thinking, and a love of science. Prerequisite: ENG 1510. Campus and term: J spring
