Course Description
Students will use sociological perspectives to critically analyze and understand taken-for-granted aspects of our social world. The influences of culture, socialization, social groups, and institutions on human behavior are investigated. Cultural diversity and issues related to social inequalities are also explored. Eligibility: ENG 1510 without supports or Corequisite: ENG 1510 with supports. J fall, spring; C fall, spring.
