Course Description

Students will learn how to read blueprints with an emphasis on weld symbols, joint design, and layout techniques. Students will be introduced to equipment such as the iron worker, hand tools, press brake, and shear. The principles behind bending, punching, and fastening technologies will be discussed. Prerequisites: WLD 2260; Corequisite: WLD 2450. J spring.
